We Choose Virtues Giveaway

We have been using We Choose Virtues for a little over a year now and it has been a very helpful tool in our household. What I like about this program is that it doesn’t take much time to implement. If I want to do extra activities, I can. If I don’t, no problem! It does however, provide an understanding of expectations for all of us. If I say to my daughter, “I need you to be patient!”  She knows what patient means because we all learned the same definition.

The main part of the program is the Parenting cards or teaching cards. There are 12 cards that contain a specific virtue. Each virtue has a cute Virtueville kid that helps teach that character trait. In addition, there is a specific catch–phrase and antonym phrase to learn with each virtue. This makes memorizing easy!

  1. I was impressed by what I read on the IHomeschool Facebook party last night. I think it’s a great idea to make learning about them so clear-cut and still entertaining.
